SALES:
- Identify and engage potential clients in various industries that utilize chemical products, detergent, pressure washers, waste oil furnaces, parts washers and wash bays.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s chemical products and equipment including their applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Educate clients on product features, advantages and sales, demonstrating how they meet specific customer needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client communications, and contract details.
- Salary plus commission structure.
- Travel mainly throughout Manitoba and Kenora.
SERVICE TECH:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pressure washers and waste oil systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues, diagnosing problems accurately and efficiently.
- Install pressure washing equipment and waste oil systems at client locations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct thorough testing post-installation to verify equipment performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding equipment performance.
- Maintain detailed service records, including maintenance logs, parts used, and customer interactions.
CHEMIST:
- Conduct experiments and develop new chemical formulations for products, ensuring they meet specified performance and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes and formulations.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols in the laboratory and production environments, ensuring safe handling and disposal of chemicals.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and ensure compliance in all laboratory activities.
PRODUCTION SUPPORT:
- Assist in the manufacturing process of chemical cleaning products, following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and safety.
- Operate machinery and equipment involved in the mixing, packaging, and labeling of chemical products.
- Monitor production lines for efficiency, identifying and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper labeling and inventory management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to chemical handling and storage, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and materials are stored properly.
- Assist in regular cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and warehouse facilities.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related concerns and meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any discrepancies.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Prepare and process documents related to production, inventory, and shipping as required.
- Coordinate between warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
DELIVERY DRIVER:
- Safely transport hazardous goods to various locations while adhering to all regulations and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with customer expectations.
- Safely load and unload hazardous materials according to safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling to prevent spills or accidents.
- Verify the accuracy of delivered goods against shipping documents and report any discrepancies.
- Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients regarding deliveries.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with headquarters and warehouse staff to coordinate delivery schedules and any special instructions.
